» SPECIAL WORKSHOP: "Breaking In & Staying In: PA Children's Authors & Illustrators Talk About Launching & Maintaining Careers" February 18th, 10am-3:30pm
Join Children's authors Sandy Asher, Linda Oatman High, Lee Harper, Matt Novak, and Debbie Dadey as they share "behind the scenes" stories about how they first broke into print and the challenges, strategies, frustrations, and triumphs ever since.
Tickets are $55 for adults; $50 for members of the Lancaster Literary Guild or the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators; $10 for ages 10-17 and college students with current IDs. Food is not included. There will be a break for lunch.
All proceeds benefit Lancaster Public Library, Lancaster Literary Guild, and the Eastern Pennsylvania chapter of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators. To register, send a check to the Lancaster Literary Guild, 113 N. Lime Street, Lancaster, PA 17602, no later than February 11th.
