Lancaster City Branch

Lancaster Public Library is the Central Resource Library and District Center Library for Lancaster County. It serves all citizens of Lancaster County. This central location also serves as the headquarters of the Lancaster Public Library.

Lancaster Public Library and its branch libraries will be closed on the following days in 2013:

  • New Year’s Day – Tuesday, January 1st
  • Memorial Day – Monday, May 27th
  • Independence Day – Thursday, July 4th
  • Labor Day – Monday, September 2nd
  • Thanksgiving – Thursday, November 28th
  • Christmas – Wednesday, December 25th
  • In-Service Days – Tuesday, March 12th and TBD
